I hold a B.A. in sociology from UC Berkeley, for which I earned the distinction of cum laude. I am now a Master of Science in Business Administration student at the Rotterdam School of Management with a GPA of 8.2.
Experience
Writing was always a strong suit of mine, so receiving a liberal arts education from UC Berkeley really allowed me to refine those skills even more. For the past few years, I have extensively helped students of all levels with their writing skills in English. My speciality primarily lies in college-level academic papers, but I am more than capable of working on writing assignments at a high school level or lower. Tutoring is something I truly enjoy; not only do I genuinely find the process of writing and editing intellectually stimulating, but it's also very satisfying for me to watch the capabilities of my students grow over time. I love to write so much that I sometimes find myself participating in essay competitions. Most recently, I submitted an essay to the prestigious Wings of Excellence Competition hosted by the St. Gallen Symposium. Out of approximately 1000 submissions from 350 universities and nationalities, my essay was chosen among the best 100, for which I was awarded an all-expenses paid trip to Switzerland and access to attend the 3 day St. Gallen Symposium set to take place at at the beginning of May.
